Our mission is to get people together to take risks, experiment and support one another through success.
The Revelstoke economy has traditionally been centred around the tourism, transportation and timber industries, but as increasing numbers of people trade the stress of city life for the mountain lifestyle, the town’s vibrant co-working community continues to grow, and is now home to dozens of freelancers and remote tech workers.
StartUp Revelstoke was formed in 2017 to nurture a startup ecosystem that supports the diversification and growth of the economy. With funding from Community Futures Revelstoke, the organization is overseen by a committee of local business leaders and employs two part-time staff.
